300 workout version 9: Here are the simple rules: Perform one set from A1 and then one set from A2, rest for 45 sec, then repeat until you did 2 sets of each. Don't rest between these sets. For example, perform DB Press followed by Band Press without any break in between this set. Spartans! Prepare for glory!
