Hi Lori, thank you for your email, and congratulation for taking the hcg challenge. The hunger will pass, most of it is psychological hunger pains, and will pass. If you find it to be really challenging, eat an additional small piece of protein late in the evening before bedtime. You body is adjusting the the callorie deficit, and will try and fool you into believing you starving... But you are not!
