Tony V's Amazing real-time HCG diet success update!
Hey Colin...
Re: wonders never cease!
So I have 9 more days on hcg for the 43 day round. I was 268 today which is a total of 28 lbs lost.......I have had a couple cheats, but try to adjust accordingly with the rest of my days intake. I almost don't want to stop until I get closer to the 240 mark!
Talk soon,
Tony
