Why Other Weight Loss Programs Didn't Work For Me.
The next nine post to this blog will be a series of video of Keven Trudeau author of #1 NY Time books (Natural Cures, and The Weight Loss Cure) explaining the entire Simeon protocol, and why we are fat as a nation.
There are allot of myths and theories about weight loss and loosing weight. We hear so much about counting calories, exercise more, eat a low carb diet, eat low fat, low glycemic foods, eating for your blood type etc…
I tried the Lemonade Diet, the Cabbage Soup Diet, South Beach diet, Nuti Systems, Weight Watchers, non of these worked for me, and hear is why they didn't work. None of
