How to deal with vacation interruptions while on the HCG Diet during phase 2

Hello gang, I received this question today, and I though it was a very important question because as we move more into summer vacation, many HCG dieters may need to take breaks for travel or pre-planed vacations.

So this is the question I received today from one of my readers. 


Q: Hi Colin. I'm wrote to you before regarding exercise and HCG. I have another question regarding an interruption. I'll be going on vacation in a week and as hard as I'll try to be good, I don't feel it's realistic to stick to the protocol while we're in Hawaii. I've heard that you can do an "interruption" but am not sure of the details. Can you give me specifics and what I should expect regarding my weight? You should probably know I am using the homeopathic sub lingual drops so I don't know if it's the same as for injections. But I would sure appreciate any expertise/advice you can offer me.

A: Hi Janet, here is the text book answer to your question. If you have more than 20 injections, it will be better for you, when taking a break, however, please read the following:

When a HCG dieter knows beforehand that he will have to travel and be absent for more than four days, it is always better to stop injections three days before he/she is due to leave so that he/she can have the three days of strict dieting which are necessary after the
last injection at home.

This saves him/her from the almost impossible task of having to arrange the 500 calorie diet while en route, and he/she can thus enjoy a much greater dietary freedom from the day of his departure. Interruptions occurring before 20 effective injections have been given are most undesirable, because with less than that number of injections some weight is liable to be
regained. After the 20th injection an unavoidable interruption is merely a loss of time.

I would also take your scale with you, and continue to weigh yourself daily, this will stop you from overindulging, and gaining allot of weight. Your scale is impotent, because it is calibrated to you.

What exactly do I need to do to have the success that you did on the HCG diet


Q: What exactly do I need to do to have the success that you did on the HCG diet. I'm am about to be starting. I know many people who have tried it and there wasn't a huge difference like what i can see if your pictures. I'm very motivated to start this HCG diet but i want to ensure that i have all the necessary tips and tools to be very successful in this. Thank you so much!

A: Hi Britney, thank you for your question, and compliment. I suggest the following for the best chance of success with the protocol.

1. Follow the diet to the letter! Do not substitute or make even the slightest changes
2. Read the entire Simeon's protocol from cover to cover... Especially the Q & A sections. This will save you from making critical mistakes and having to lose days of weight loss.
3. Moderate exercise, more for metal and emotional release than, fat burning needs.
4. Focus on the end result. If you need to buy a new bikini in your dream size, now... Then do it so you can stay focused.
5. Stay away from negative energy people and comments. Everyone has an opinion which is (Non of your business) lol
6. Trust the process, and just do it. Don't question why it works, or if it works, just know that it will. If you follow these simple rules, you will be AMAZED at who turns up in the mirror in a few short weeks.

I Just Got My HCG...Now What?

Hi Colin,
Ok just got my stuff. Have a couple questions.. .

Q:
1. So for the first three days of my injections, i should eat everything I can to fulfill myself?
2. So on the fourth day i start the recommended diet?
3. Is alcohol completely prohibited? Like once a week..
4. I got the 10,000 of the HCG, the two bottles, im still confused on how much of the solution water I should add to it when i break the bottle open at first to then start taking the 2.5.
Sorry for the hundreds of questions just really excited to start my diet.

A: Hey Marcus, thank you for your questions. OK here we go...

  1. Question 1 load days can be two or three days.
  2. Yes on day three or four which ever you decide.you go to the 500 calorie a day protocol.
  3. ABSOLUTELY NO Alcohol on the protocol at any time it will set you back days of weight loss.
  4. With your 10,000 IU hcg you will need to mix it with 10ml of bacteriostatic water and inject 2.5ml per day

Q. Can I workout during phase 1?

A. Moderate exercise is permitted during phase 1 however you must make sure not to over exert yourself. Remember, you are only ingesting 500 calories which does not allow for a great deal of stored energy. Even though Hcg does help release 2500 calories of stored fat into you blood stream to burn as energy, to much exertion can leave you tired, lethargic, and overly hungry.
