The Sublingual (Oral) HCG Method
- You will want to disregard the water than comes with your HCG. It is not necessary for this mixing, so go ahead and throw it away.
- Take the cap off of the HCG.
- Open the amber bottle containing the B12 vitamin and Colloidal Sliver.
- Open a 10ml-mixing syringe. Make sure the needle is tightly fastened to the syringe, and take the cap off.
- Pull 2 milliliters of the liquid solution into the mixing syringe.
- Add the 2 milliliters of liquid solution to the HCG. The HCG is freeze dried. As soon as the liquid hits the powder, it will automatically liquefy the powder.
- Now put the cap back on the needle.
- Roll (do not shake) the HCG mixture for a few seconds to make sure that the HCG powder is fully liquefied.
- Take the cap off of the needle. Pull the plunger back to the 2-milliliter mark; insert the needle back into the HCG vial. Slowly push the 2 milliliters of air into the HCG vial. Now extract all of the HCG mixture back into the syringe and add it to the amber bottle.
- Put the cap back on the needle. Twist the needle off of the syringe.
- Put the cap on your HCG mixture.

How To Feel Good Naked...Post HCG Diet
I'm sure you've heard that it takes 21 days to either break a habit or create a new
habit. So what have you been doing for, you know, at least 26-day phase or the
43-day phase?
You've been measuring your portions.
You've been eating fruits and vegetables, and if you've been combining your
vegetables like we do here, then you're probably having six servings of
vegetables, six to nine servings of vegetables a day.
You're having your lean proteins. You're having your simple carbs, which is your
fruits, your fresh fruits, your apple, your strawberries, your grapefruits; your
orange if you're eating oranges on your protocol. And you basically have been
having a very balanced diet, but you've also been having very controlled portions.
And now, we do our portions a little bit differently when we do HCG Body for Life
diet.
They are very full and they're actually very filling, but we're not stuffed at the
end of the process. So the goal is to maintain those same portion controls as you
move into your normal eating pattern, as you move into Phase 3 and then Phase
4. And that's something that a lot of people don't realize that, you know, sometimes
we don't pay attention to our portions, and really, the success for keeping the
weight off for the rest of your life is just being present.
You have to measure your food. You have to prepare your food. You have to
take your time to figure out exactly what you're going to eat, how much you're
going to eat, and when is the next time you're going to eat. And guess what?
You're present.
You're paying attention to what you're putting into your body and how it's going
into your body and how much is going into your body. What happens when we're
How to Feel Good Naked in 26 Days off of a diet, when we're off of some sort of protocol, we usually are reaching and grabbing for whatever impulse that we have, not paying attention or counting the calories that we intake. What happens usually is that we take in more calories than our body can process in any one day. And so where is it going to go? It's going to be stored as fat.
So keep that in mind as we move into week 4. This is the very first week out of
your maintenance phase. If you've successfully completed your maintenance
phase, you can get on this scale and your weight is stabilized. It doesn't
drastically jump up or down depending on whatever meal you eat. So you're kind
of staying within two pounds and just your weight is now stable so it doesn't
fluctuate as much.
Start to introduce sugar or starch. For example, say that you have missed bread
what you want to do is eat your bread but you're going to have it in one meal,
you're going to have your bread and that's one day.
The next day, you're going to introduce a different starch or sugar and that would
be one of your meals but only have it once.
This keeps you conscious and present again, but also your body is getting used
to slowly implementing these sugars and carbs and starches back into your
system.
It also lets you know which sugars or starches your body is sensitive to, because
as you move forward you're going to continue to weigh yourself on a daily basis.
I do it every day. It's just a part of my routine. I get up in the morning. I go to the bathroom.
I get on the scale to check my weight. And that lets me know how the
day before went.
So by doing that, you'll notice that if you eat a certain say baked potato or, you
know, a certain sugary cereal, you'll know if your body reacts to it, and that's
what's happened. You can actually write it down when you get an idea.
Well, guess what? I was sensitive to baked potatoes so I'm going to limit the
amount of baked potatoes I have throughout my week or throughout my month,
but at least you don't have to eliminate it completely or at least you have an idea
of how your body is reacting to it.
So for the entire week of that fourth week, you're going to introduce one new
starch or sugar into your diet a day, very simple. Now, you get to enjoy whatever
it is you've been missing and thought you'll never have again, but instead of
having it all the time, you're having it once throughout the day.
As you move into week 5, you're going to have two carbs together, but you're not
going to eat them at the same meal. So now, you get to enjoy two different carbs,
How to Feel Good Naked in 26 Days either your starch or your sugary carb, but now you're going to have them at different times, so not the same meal, but now you get to have two in a day.
And you do that same thing for the next week, introducing different starches and
different sugars into your diet and watching how your body reacts to it, okay? So
you do that for the entire next week.
What happens when you do things like that over a 7-day period, not only are you paying attention to what's you’re body is doing, not only are you present, but you're also realizing what foods your body is sensitive to, which ones work for you and which ones don't.
Then as you move into week 6, you're going to now combine your carbs in the
same meal. So now, you can actually have, oatmeal and your toast. You got two
basic starchy carbs in the same meal.
You’ve got to pay attention to your body. You're also introducing your body slowly to something new and you're going to see how it reacts. Once you've completed three weeks of doing this, you pretty much would have had every sugary carb or starchy carb that you normally would eat, eliminating whatever you think is just your Achilles' heel.
If there are certain foods, then say to yourself, "Look, you know what? Once in a
blue moon, I'm going to have this type of food because it's just not good for me."
What happens is that your mindset changes.
After you've been eating clean, your body has been detoxed from sugars and certain cravings, and it's your choice if you want to awaken the beast from within or you're going to let the sleeping dog lie.
If you know that you had a weakness, then guess what? Be intelligent to say,
"Look, I'm just going to bypass that and choose…" You know, choose another
poison if you will. I always say choose your poisons.
You can choose one that makes you sick or choose one that's deadly. And so I'll
choose the ones that will make me sick versus deadly, and that just gives you a
briefing if you know who you are, and you know how you are when it comes to
certain foods.
But after you've now gone through the process of reintroducing these foods back
into your system, you're going to make choices of some foods you're going to
skip for life or at least skip for quite some time. You want to also avoid
overeating.
Your body has its own natural maximum calorie intake for maintaining your
weight. If you exceed that on a regular basis, you will gain weight. If you reduce
your calories on a regular basis, you will lose weight, and this is the way for you
to actually control where you want to be as far as your weight is concerned.
But that same premise has to be in place when you start introducing other foods
that you've not had for quite some time. You want to still make sure you're
staying within your daily calorie intake.
If you splurge on a certain sugary food, as long as you're staying within your
maximum calorie intake for that particular day and you're conscious if that's the
situation you made, then the very next day, you can correct that by eating
healthier, you're still going to maintain your weight.
So, it's being conscious and paying attention. I'm not saying you have to weigh
every single thing you eat and count every single calorie. It's almost impossible
really to count calories accurately, but the point is that most of us gain weight and our weight gets out of control, because we live unconsciously.
We open cabinets and pick up foods and open packages and eat them without
even paying attention. If you're going to have some chips, reach and take a
handful of chips, put it on a napkin, close the bag up, walk away, sit down, eat
those chips.
If you have the bag in front of you, you're going to unconsciously just eat the
entire bag. If you're going to have a slice of cake, then get a slice of cake and eat the cake seated someplace else. Just savor that moment that you enjoyed it and
ignore the impulse to go back and have another piece because you really don't
need it.

It's day 2 on the hCG diet and I'm feeling like a PIG. Phase 1 is crazy!

Type II Diabetes - What We Don't Know Can Be Fatal
Type ii diabetes is characterized by the body's inability to correctly process insulin. Insulin is produced by the pancreas and plays a vital role in maintaining an even blood sugar level. HCG Mixing Instructions 2000IU - 5000IU - and 10000IU's
Hcg Mixing Instructions for 2000iu 5000iu, and 10000iu
I Recommend that you purchase 10,000 IUs for a 40 day cycle. However instead of buying the HCG in one large 10,000 IU vial, we recommend that you order it in the quantity of two (2) 5,000 IU vials in larger vials like the ones pictured below or purchase five 2,000 IU vials. We also recommend you take 250 IUs per day for the HCG dosage over a 40 day cycle. To mix the 5,000 IUs of HCG that come in the "large" vials, simply remove 5ml of bacteriostatic water with a syringe from that vial, and inject it into the vial with the 5,000 IU worth of HCG powder. When the syringe is removed, tip the vial on its side and gently roll it back and forth in your palms for a few seconds to mix it. DO NOT SHAKE THE HCG TO MIX IT!

10,000 IU "large" vial combo
The larger vials pictured above are targeted for people taking HCG in smaller daily amounts of HCG over longer time periods, like those of us on the HCG protocol. While the "tiny" vials below are geared more towards people taking a larger weekly HCG dosage, like those who take steroids for example. There is absolutely no difference between one type of HCG and the other because the HCG powder is still "purified injectable grade" HCG. The only difference is the vial sizes and the amount of bacteriostatic water that arrives with the packaging. Those are the only 2 differences.
HCG Mixing Instructions
"Tiny" 1-2ml vial combo
If the HCG arrives in a tiny 1-2ml vial combo like pictured in the photo above, then you will need to dilute it in the tiny vial in order to move it to a larger mixing vial. You may use the smaller vial of bacteriostatic water (AKA solvent with some brands) during this mixing time, save it for another time, or discard it since you will need to purchase the larger vial of bacteriostatic water in order to complete the mixing process anyway. In order to dilute the HCG, inject about 1-2ml of bacteriostatic water into the tiny vial in order to liquidize it.
Then you can move it into a larger vial with a syringe. Inject the 1-2ml into the tiny vial with the syringe without touching the sides of the vial to keep it sterile. If you do contact the side of the vial, either wipe it with an alcohol wipe or get a new syringe before drawing the remaining bacteriostatic water out of the vial. While the HCG is soaking into the bacteriostatic water, draw out the remaining 3-4ml and add it to the 5ml+ mixing vial as well. Now that it has been at least a minute or two, use the syringe to draw out the small amount of mixed HCG
All of the other sizes of ordering HCG mix the same way, but the numbers will change. Just remember that all of the mixing ratios are based on 1ml of bacteriostatic water for every 1,000 IU of HCG. Some common sizes for example are listed at the bottom of this page.
Glossary and Terms
Ampule: The size listed is the IU amount of HCG.
Solvent: The amount of solvent in cc's you will need for injections. The solvent you use can be either bacteriostatic water or sterile water. I have heard of people using distilled water, but I do not recommend it.
Dosage: The amount of HCG mixture in cc's that you will give yourself per injection, whether intramuscular or subcutaneous.
Injection yield: the amount of injection days you'll get if you use these proportions.

A 5,000 IU mixture at 250 IU HCG injections per day will last for 20 days and a 2,000 IU vial at 250 IU HCG injections would last for 8 days. Mathematically a 10,000 IU vial would last for 40 days at 250 IUs, however freshness is a concern as HCG typically only lasts about 30 days after it is mixed. The 10,000 IU vials are great for couples who are doing the HCG protocol together.
Common Sizes
2,000 IUs - Mix the 2,000 IUs of HCG with the 2ml of bacteriostatic water the same way the rest of the directions state for 5,000 IUs above. Just substitute the numbers in the directions, and replace 5ml with 2ml and 5,000 IUs with 2,000 IUs, etc.
10,000 IUs - Again, it is all the same as the ones above, but substitute the numbers; 5ml with 10ml, 5,000 IUs with 10,000 IUs, etc.

TRAVEL WITH HCG?
I just ordered everything I need for the HCG Diet protocol and am looking forward to getting this show on the road. But speaking of road, I am going to have to take a week-long trip back to Virginia from here (Oceanside, CA). Any special consideration for shipping the HCG, let alone syringes, on commercial aircraft? Or would it be wise to wait until after this trip to begin the 23 day phase?

HCG : A Diet For The Mind, Body and Soul…
Men are doing it, women are doing it, young, old and obsessive - people are going goo-goo for pregnancy hormones, but, instead of swelling 'em.... this time it's working to shrink 'em down. I recently spoke to two weight-loss success stories, who claimed to have gone on this special diet, which uses HCG pregnancy hormone injections to stop hunger, and re-direct the body's daily fuel needs to take from excess fat which is stored.
HCG stands for, "Human Chorionic Gonadotropin". This is a hormone which is created in everyone's body and mass-produces in pregnant women, as it assists with increasing the fat stored in the baby so that the baby can develop healthily.
Is this for real?
Hell yeah... Not only did I succeed personally on the protocol, when I began to do some more research, it became evident that everybody I spoke to, having tried the diet, was not only a weight-loss success story, but they had also kept the weight off. The hormones which have to be administered by the participant each day via injection, tricks the brain into thinking that the person is in fact pregnant. Mother Nature dictates that the amount of food a mother takes in is not dependent on how much the fetus grows. If the mother under-eats, the fetus will still develop and grow at a normal rate once the mother is not malnourished for weeks on end.
This happens naturally; as the nutrients and fat can come from the mother's body rather than from the food she may or may not take in each day. The principle is the same with the diet, whereby the person reduces their caloric intake to as little as 500 calories per day, similar to that of a fast, and the rest of the energy needs are met from the fat which is stored in the body. HCG triggers the body to draw from excess fat stores to fuel daily energy needs, as if the body were feeding a foetus.
Real vs Phantom Hunger
The result is that the person experiences no loss of energy or vitality, the weight drops off very rapidly, and the distinction between real hunger and craving food is made very clear. If your body is getting all that it needs from its stores, it is not calling for calories, and therefore you are not experiencing hunger as you had before. Your only experience of hunger is that which exists in your mind. The smell of food, may entice you to want to eat, but the feeling of hunger is not actually there. And so, those successful participants who stuck with the meager daily 500-calorie regime that accompanies the injections, had to disconnect real hunger from false hunger.
This is an exercise of mind power, and can really benefit people in the long run to manage their cravings and curb unhealthy eating patterns. They all claim to have begun to really see how food has a psychological fix and a very strong effect on their behavioral eating patterns.
Water intake
Despite the daily 4 liters of water that are required of the participants, the feelings of hunger were described as not as strong as the thoughts of food. Water is the thing that cleanses a person's body on many different levels.
It cleanses the palate, the organs, kidneys, and the mind. Being clean on the inside provides a different experience of thinking, much like what the Buddhists believe. I compare this process of distinguishing "cravings" from hunger, to a spiritual practice. Just like a meditation, it takes one's last shred of self-control to fight off those urges to want to taste and enjoy food in the palate. Step away from the saliva! Focus, focus, focus.
Results
Up to 14 pounds of weight has been lost in as little as 14 days, others claim even more drastic weight loss results. One thing that is for sure is that it teaches you to eat properly, it teaches restrictions and trains you how to eat within a framework of lean, small and healthy proportions. You realize that all the excess food that you were eating previously was unnecessary. By eating along the lines of this diet, you will have a good path laid out for you to experience a healthier, slimmer you.
After the diet
Everyone knows that the flipside of "fast" is "fat", SO how you go about re-introducing food into your life after hormones? This is now the tricky part. After three or four full weeks of nothing to eat, you need to be ready to decide to call it quits and begin a new relationship with food, if you want to go forward with your new body.
Common side effects
As with anything that you do with your body, it is always important to be aware of the possible side effects. It can also be said that side effects can be had by almost anything, whether it be good or bad, it is always a subjective argument.
Nausea, fatigue, constipation and even a few reports of minor hair loss, and acne, are side effects which have been found in persons who have followed the HCG diet. Some people have also claimed to notice a rash show up shortly after starting their HCG injection treatment.
Side Effects for Females
You're more likely to get pregnant while using HCG injections than while you're not using them. Your ovaries are also capable of creating multiple ova, even though they normally only create a single ova. Once this happens, it's more likely to have an ectopic pregnancy or a multiple birth.
Side Effects for Males
The most common side effects for men who use HCG injections for weight loss can be an enlarged prostate. However this has not been documented.
Make sure you are informed about exactly how HCG injections for weight loss (and the diet) work, and if it's really right for you before you use it. This may be the answer to being overweight or obese, but it may not be for everyone.
Food for thought...
HCG should not be used to compensate for unhealthy bingeing or yo-yo weight gains in the extreme. It is not a replacement to exercise and healthy weight management - in the least. I believe that it should be not be taken by those only looking to lose 5 or 10 pounds, but for those persons who are obese or who have serious health issues that require a drastic weight loss quickly. IT IS a method. What I do advocate about it is that it can be a source to lay out a healthier eating pattern for yourself, to teach you to make better food choices and to train yourself, your mind and your palate to be a better eater - for life!

How To Avoid Starchy Food In Phase 3 of The HCG Diet
There is a simple test you can do on a food if you are not sure if it is a starch or not. Take 1 drop of Iodine on a piece of the food you do not plan to eat. If it turns dark or black, it has starch. Some foods may take up to 30 minutes to turn dark or black, depending on how much starch is actually in the food. Toss out any food with the Iodine, do not eat it. The reason you need to avoid starchy foods at this point is because starch turns to sugar in the body. The starchy and sugary foods alter your blood sugar quickly and more than any other type of food. This in turn increases your body’s Insulin response, causing a rise in Cortisol hormone. This is what creates the belly fat in most people. While we are detoxifying and then resetting our body’s weight set point (that point where you can eat foods normally without gaining weight), it is imperative that we do not stimulate this Insulin Response in our body. To do so will undo everything you’ve accomplished this far.

Just remember that Phase 3, which is the 3 weeks after you finish the 500 calorie diet, is the most important Phase if you want to make sure you stabilize your weight loss. You’ve already done the hard part so hang. If you go to the Recipe Club there are so many options and things to eat in Phase 3 the three weeks will fly by.

Let me explain what these unique vegetables are and why they help to burn stomach fat...
Chemicals that force your body to hold onto belly fat
Something you may have never heard about is that certain chemicals in our food supply and our environment, such as pesticides, herbicides, and certain petrochemicals from air and water pollution, household cleaners, cosmetics, etc can react with your body and make your body store excess abdominal fat.

Lower Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, and Triglycerides May Be Reduced By Poopular Brew
Research dispels the common belief that tea dehydrates. Tea not only rehydrates as well as water does, but it can also protect against heart disease and some cancers.
Rodale states that:
"As in previous studies, a strong link between the beverage and heart-protective qualities was established, most likely a result of the beneficial flavonoid activity in the tea.
The research suggests that drinking one to eight cups (cups, not gigantic mugs) a day is associated with a reduced risk of chronic disease."
I still believe the majority of your daily fluid intake should be high quality pure water. However, if you use pure water as a base, adding a high quality organic tea can actually improve the health benefits you receive, as long as you avoid sweetening each cup with added sugar. I also do not recommend adding pasteurized milk to your tea.

Staying Together Through Thick and Thin...
And also these lines are also famous "Till Death Do Us Apart". If you hear this, it may sound scary because it talks about death. How can you prolong the relationship? It is by staying the same. Having time for each other even if you are tired; create more intimacy between you and your partner; take care of each other, somewhat like you were you taking care of a new born baby. Very delicate!
Having a partner for life takes commitment; you need to give your all; and by that, you need to stay fit and healthy. You do not want your partner to suffer by taking care of you; you need to be responsible for your own self when it comes to health.

I am always skeptical about stuff like this

3. Who provides the prescription for it? Who are the doctors that are monitoring us as patients? The process is set up for people who want to do the diet from home. Unfortunately, almost every hcg diet clinic charges anywhere form $750 to $2000 or more to administer the hcg program. The whole purpose of my website is to make this protocol available to anyone who want to lose weight, not just the privileged. My wife and I paid a clinic $1500 a piece for a 20 minute office visit... Oh and the did weight us. lol to do this protocol the first time, and I never received one phone call from the clinic or follow up. Therefore not sure what the Dr. going to monitor. Because most of them don't. They take the money give you your hcg and send you on your way. NOT ALL...Just most of the one myself and my subscribers have gone to.
