I just ordered everything I need for the HCG Diet protocol and am looking forward to getting this show on the road. But speaking of road, I am going to have to take a week-long trip back to Virginia from here (Oceanside, CA). Any special consideration for shipping the HCG, let alone syringes, on commercial aircraft? Or would it be wise to wait until after this trip to begin the 23 day phase?

Hey Mike, great question. When traveling, with HCG, I recommend putting everything including your HCG in your luggage. The temperature in the luggage compartment is plenty cold enough to preserve your HCG while in flight,and as long as you are going directly to your end destination, it should be fine.
ReplyDeleteYou can also take up to an eight day break while on protocol by stopping your injection 72 hours before your travel date and maintaining the 500 calorie diet for those 72 hours.
The resume protocol once you return.I hope this helps you with your travel plans. I also recommend traveling with your scale to make sure you keep an eye on your potential weight gain while on away from home.
