Dan's HCG Diet Success Story 44 Lbs in 30 Days

Dan's HCg Diet Success Story 44 Lbs in 30 Days

Colin,

I don't expect you to respond. But just so you know, I took the HCG diet very seriously. I, like you, was a very serious athlete and do to two completely blown knees and two surgeries later. I was at 285lbs.

In september, I decided to take back control and after seeing your videos on youtube and several others I decided to give the HCG diet a very serious try. I started in mid september and by oct 23 I had lost 44lbs. I ended my first round of the protocol at 241lbs. Today is Christmas Eve and I weighed in at 240lbs even this morning. I won't say it has been easy, but the lifestyle change was a positive and much needed one. I am currently on phase 1 and will be starting my 2nd round of the HCG diet phase 2 on Jan 1st. My goal is to be less than 200lbs by June 1st.
I have not posted any success stories , not because I am not proud, but because I lack the "know how" to post videos on the internet.

I just want to thank you for your tireless effort in giving people the tools to succeed. I will keep up informed of my progress after this 2nd go at the HCG protocol. Given the 30 lbs theory, I should end round 2 phase 2 somewhere between. 210lbs and 215lbs.
Thank you once again.
I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years.

Sincerely,
Dan

Dan, I would first like to thank you for your email. When i get emails like yours it make me feel so good, and thankful that I have been able to help other reach their weight loss goals. When I did the video, I had no idea that it would reach so many people. What a blessing.

I am going to post you email on my blog to help inspire others to reach their fat loss goals as well. Thank you again for sharing your hcg diet protocol success story. Merry Christmas Dan, and good luck with your next phase.

Best regards,

Colin

Diet Pills Side Effects

Many dangers hide in fat loss pills, some worse than others. There are many reasons why people will start using fat loss pills: maybe they'll reduce appetite, burn fat more quickly, have the metabolism accelerated, solve constipation, compensate for gym work and many more. In fact, no matter what we tend to believe that fat loss pills will do for us, we have to stay realistic.

Fat loss pills may induce anemia!

Without the sensation of hunger, you won't feel the need to eat. At first you will be glad to say goodbye to your large meals, but no food equals no energy for your body. The functions of the organ get impaired in the absence of nutrients and soon symptoms of system failure will appear: faintness, headaches, dizziness and poor capacity to concentrate. If blood tests confirm anemia, you'll have to stop administrating fat loss pills right away.

Besides appetite suppression, fat loss pills cause another body reaction. They accelerate digestion, and if food does not go through all the stages of processing, chances are that you won't absorb the necessary nutrients. This method to burn fat is more like vital energy consume.

Fat loss pills pose safety concerns!

Did you know that a large amount of the fat loss pills sold on the Internet do not carry FDA approval Many scandals have shaken the pharmaceutical world in recent years with all the great side effects caused by products like Ephedra from instance that has received a serious ban in many countries worldwide. Authorities withdraw large amounts of fat loss pills from the market every year, primarily because the products do not meet quality and safety standards.

When there is no FDA approval, the fat loss pills could contain dangerous substances, untested ingredients, unknown compounds and much more. The best advice here is to be a smart and cautious consumer, that takes the time to get informed.

Not all fat loss pills are bad!

Negative publicity should not affect the reputation of viable fat loss pills that have gained their consumers' trust by quality of ingredients and successful weight loss. Even with good products, it is important to stick to a varied diet, follow the usage instructions and carefully check the ingredients. The packages of most fat loss pills point out to the fact that the supplements alone will not solve the overweight problems. For real efficiency they rely on physical activity, a balanced diet and a good lifestyle.

How To Use Testosterone For Fat Loss...

Testosterone is commonly associated with male sexual health and body building, but studies indicate that it plays an important part in the metabolism of fat as well. Men and women who have a low testosterone level are usually predisposed to overweight. Testosterone also prevents weight gain in support of the HGH action too, which is an extra role it plays at the cellular level.

The best way to use testosterone for fat loss is to first determine whether your overweight is in any way related to an imbalance of hormones. And only a specialist can pass a diagnosis on the basis of the tests. If indeed the testosterone level is below the normal rate, your health care provider will advise for some course of action. You should either follow treatment or trigger the stimulation of the natural body secretion through diet and natural supplements.

Testosterone for fat loss could be relevant regardless of gender. Did you know, for instance, that you cannot secret enough testosterone when you don't rest well at night? Make sure to sleep well if you want your adrenal glands, testes or ovaries to secret enough hormone to help you with fat loss. A zinc deficiency could also be a problem since it lowers the testosterone level too; yet, this issue gets easily solved with some zinc supplementation.

The body shape bears the actual impact of testosterone for fat loss. The face features are better defined, the waist narrows and the shoulders broaden. Not everybody who suffers from overweight has a testosterone imbalance. The fluctuations of other hormones in the body could translate into weight gain. Take things seriously and do not treat symptoms by the ear.

One further issue that you need to be aware of here is that testosterone for fat loss could determine a muscle increase too. This explains the reaction of the system to heavy gym training and body building work-outs. The development is progressive and will not be noticeable unless you train hard. Keep the process under control by medical checks and a balanced, holistic approach to weight loss. Besides the hormonal balance, try to achieve fitness by natural means like diet and regular but moderate physical activity.

HCg Fat Loss Workout Tips

An important fat loss truth is that fitness only comes with physical training. The majority of dieters do not have a clue about good fat loss workouts and therefore, choose gym sessions, sports programs and other activities randomly or chaotically. People don't know how to create good fat loss workouts, how often and how long to train. Mistakes even abound in the use of gym machines.

Not even professionals manage to come to a common set of valid rules for weight loss training. Some trainers claim that the most efficient fat loss workouts tips consist of very rapid sets of exercises, while others call such techniques inefficient and stick to traditional training models of 60-minute sessions, three times per week. Every program author or trainer brings evidence and scientific support for his/her theory, which makes it even more difficult for the layman to understand something. Because of this general confusion, it is impossible to tell which fat loss workouts are better.

So as to solve the problem, you may give up fat loss workouts for some sports activity that you enjoy. Hiking, walking, swimming or cycling are fine examples here. Or maybe you play football weekly or you take dancing lessons. It's perfectly okay as long as you don't develop a sedentary lifestyle. Yet, weight loss is not about sporadic physical activity. There needs to be a permanence or a routine to compensate for fat loss workouts.

Now, if you nevertheless decide to stick to a certain type of fat loss workouts, because of the way that a certain program appeals to you, make sure your efforts have the desired outcome. The major problem with fat loss workouts is that routine generates a physical plateau. This means that the body gets used to a certain body level and it will no longer make progress in the desired direction unless you change the training pattern. Cyclic training should solve this problem.

Take the case of crunches and sit ups. They are excellent for the toning of the abdominal muscles, and they contribute to the overall fitness level if used in the right way. Yet, progress only comes by forcing the body into more effort which brings us back to the issue of the plateau we've mentioned above.
