HCG Diet Hunger Pains...Is This Normal?

THANK YOU FOR THE INFO. MY SISTER AND i STARTED TOGETHER ON SUNDAY. SO THIS IS OUR 3RD DAY I AM SOOO HUNGRY BUT I DIDNT BREAK MY DIET MY SISTER SAID SHE IS HUNGRY TOO! IS THIS NORMAL? I AM NOT GIVING UP NO MATTER WHAT. THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

Hi Lori, thank you for your email, and congratulation for taking the hcg challenge. The hunger will pass, most of it is psychological hunger pains, and will pass. If you find it to be really challenging, eat an additional small piece of protein late in the evening before bedtime. You body is adjusting the the callorie deficit, and will try and fool you into believing you starving... But you are not! Also drink a glass if water when you feel hungry, and see if it passes. Stick with it, you can do it. The end will definitely justify the means.

  1. Another quick fix. A dill pickle. Don't ask me why, it just works. Make sure to read your label. Only pickles that only contain vinegar, water and seasonings allowed. NO SUGARS! Give it a try next time hunger hits. You'll be pleasantly surprised!
