I Have Not Lost Any Weight In Two Months On The HCg Diet...
Q: Hi Colin, I have been taking HCG but in the form of oral and I still weigh
the same it has been 2mths and I went through 2 bottles.I read your
entries and I should have lost like 40lbs already.So Is the injections
better than the oral?I'm not afraid of needles I just don't want to
hurt myself trying to inject.I would appreciate and advice you can
give me too
A: Hello Akin, thank you for your email. My personal opinion is that the injections preform better than the oral hcg, however, many people have reported good success with the oral/sub-lingual hcg. I would also need to know if you are following the diet protocol, including the calorie and food restrictions. Your not losing any weight at all in two months make no sense even with the oral hcg mixture. Knowing what foods you have been eating, would dive me a better idea, why you have not had a great deal of success.
