Colin Before and After The HCG Diet Protocol!
I am on day 2 of phase three. I am scared to eat and gain. Weighed myself this morning and I gained 1 lb. Any suggestions on meals or recipes?
ReplyDeleteFor the next 21 days, you must eat clean, and must eat often, every 2 to 3 hours you must eat small nutritious real foods. You menu will consist of pretty much the same hcg diet menu you used in phase 2 however, without the portion restrictions.
ReplyDeleteYou can add some dairy, like eggs, cottage cheese, and milk to your diet, and absolutely no processed foods, carbs, or sugar. If you gain more than 2lbs, you will need to do a steak day which is outlined in the Simeons hcg diet manuscript. This must be done on the same day you experience the weight overage... Doing it a day or two later will not correct the problem. I hope this helps you.

I have received my HCG, but how much Bacteriostatic Water do I mix with the HCG? I weigh 300 lbs and I am 5'11". I ordered the 500 iu high purity. I have used the HCG before, from a doctor already mixed.. I am very excited about starting my diet.
