The Truth About hCG Weight Loss

There are a lot of myths and theories about weight loss and loosing weight. We hear so much about counting calories, exercise more, eat a low carb diet, eat low fat, low glycemic foods, eating for your blood type etc...

I tried the Lemonade Diet, the Cabbage Soup Diet, South Beach diet, Nuti Systems, Weight Watchers, non of these worked for me, and hear is why they didn't work. None of the diets address the reason why we are really fat in the first place.

What I learned by completing this diet protocol was that every human being has there own weight set point which is set by your hypothalamus gland when you are born.

After years of eating junk, fast food, chemicals that are in most processed foods, your hypothalamus gland is pushed out of whack resetting your weight set point to a higher and fatter point. This is why it seems next to impossible to loose weight past a certain point, and keep the weight off.

If you do not successfully raise and reset your metabolism, and get rid of the food cravings we have developed over the years, we will instantly revert back to our fat selves.

With all of the diets I have mentioned herein you may loose one to two pounds per week. You will here them tell you that it is not safe to loose more than two pounds per week. This is baloney. All they want is for you to continue to take their food, potions and pills for six months, a year or for life, so they can keep taking your money. With the HCG protocol, you will loose from a half pound to three pounds per day!

    I really enjoyed this diet. After loosing 120 lbs from Gastric Bypass Surgery I ended up gaining 45lbs back and couldn't seem to get it off. I had some challenges at first because the diet calls for you eating 2 meals a day and I wasn't used to the amount of food and water that you need to drink to flush the pounds away. I was able to drink up to 1 1/2 gals of water per day and the portions of food were perfect because my stomach had shrunk from the surgery. Needless to say I was able to loose 42lbs in 45 days and I have recommended this diet to all of my friends who are looking to change their life and body. It is the only protocol I have ever gone on that I was able to successfully complete in a short period of time. Anyone wanting to loose weight and keep it off can succeed with this diet protocol because the 45 day sacrifice , is well worth it. I am a lifetime fan!
